Hahah! That day I went to Kayxi's little sister's birthday party. Hahah.

Her name is Yuxi and she's 4 years old. Hahah. And she's SOOOO CUTE but NAUGHTY!

Hahah. Me and Sheryl came late so all the other little kids went home. Aww! Hahah.

Shannon, Hazel, Kayxi, Yasmyn, Meiyee, Sheryl and me were the only ones there. Hahah. We played at the playground and after that we went swimming. Hahah! SUPER DUPER FUN!

We very childish right? Hahah. Nothing to do so we play playground. So fun! Hahah. And Yuxi and me have two things in common! Hahah. She loves little mermaid just like me! And she loves the colour PURPLE just like I do!!!!! Hahah! Isn't that coool???

I bought shoes too

Mommy, Nene dah beli kasut to match the dress. Lucky I found these shoes because it was so hard to find really pretty shoes. All the women's shoes in Sweden are not feminine at all and really ugly besides. And expensive. Aiyoh. Cantik tak? Can or not? And thank you again Ma and Ar for helping me get the dress! Love you guys!

Ma and Ars, I bought bags!

Tiramisu

I made tiramisu last night. Here's how it turned out. Oh I haven't dusted it with cocoa powder. Maybe I won't do that, seeing how I went crazy with the chocolate shavings. It has loads of dark and white chocolate in it. Untraditional I know. But yummy nevertheless.

Ikan Bakar

The Makro has some truly great looking fish, and upon our weekly raid there we purchased a goodly quantity of halibut, with a view to making ikan bakar pedas. The pedas part was to come from lots of sambal, specifically the sambal setan that the blog has already featured. While it may have been somewhat pedas it was not really of the pedasity that we require. However the addition of some ground chilli quickly solved that problem to our satisfaction.

Naturally we took pictures of this latest culinary endeavor, which shows not only the fish and sambal, but also our venture into using kaffir lime leaves as additional seasoning. Behold the results:

The experiment was deemed a success and further adventures in fish await.

Hello! I haven't finished about Chinese New Year eve! Hahah! On that day, I finished school at 10.30am! Hahah! And after that I went to Tampines Mall with Dianty and Sheryl, Charlotte and Annabel cause we were bored and sian. Lol! So we really bo liao and we went to Toys R Us! And they played all the kiddy songs! And I was soo hyper! Hahah. I felt like a little kid again! I love Toys R Us! And I saw the big toy dog that I wanted from two years ago! :D *Hint hint* My birthday coming..Anyone wanna buy for meeeee? Hahah! So not shy! Hahah! I'm just kidding lah! And I saw JASLENE! Omg! I miss her sooooo much! She went to another school and we were really close friends and its really awkward not seeing her after so many months. And someone so chio now ah! Hahah! She's not like Meiyee. I keep seeing Meiyee every week so I don't really bother about not seeing her. Hahah! Just kidding again! :D

Eww I hate my hair! Hahah. I was having a really bad hair day and I had to gel up all my hair and that made me look awful! Hahah! :D Hahah! This vain girl! Hahah! Okay, that's it for now. Byebye!

Laksa!

I had dinner with S & R more than a month ago at this Malaysian restaurant somewhere in town. We weren't too pleased with the Laksa we ordered though..cause it wasn't very good. So a few weeks ago we decided to make our own laksa...hehe strangely enough we were all craving for the same dish!

The ingredients.

We had to substitute the noodles with those pad Thai-like ones cause we couldn't find the real thing..but that was still good.

Of course cooking with the guys always feels like we're having a kenduri. (Yes, all this for 3 :D)

My yummy laksa..with scallops and udang and tahu and telur rebus and fish cake and all the various daun and condiments etc.

They recommended this sambal...hehe its really not THAT pedas...

Oh I also made a little something for dessert.

Chocolate loaf cake with chocolate bits and we glazed it with more chocolate and sliced almonds.

R's ever so clean and lovely apartment.

Oh little Leonard was also there. Hehe... he was quite nicely camouflaged at times.

Hello! Gong xi fa cai! Hong bao na lai! Hahah. Dunno if I spelt it correctly.

But sorry if I didn't. Heheh. On Wednesday, I celebrated Chinese New Year in school
with my whole class and that is 104! Hahah. We had a class party and everyone
had to bring their own food. Hahah. My friend brought a chocolate fondue set! Hahah.
But the chocolate looked disgusting cause they couldn't wait and they kept poking the
unmelted chocolate. So it was kinda gross. We had chocolate chocolate and white chocolate. Hahah! And we ate them with marshmellows! Hahah. Yum. I brought fried
rice that mama cooked! Hahah. Man, very delicious seh! Mmmm! Hahah! We also pulled down the big screen in front of the class...hmm...what's that called? Err..Visualiser is it?
I think so..Anyway, the IT rep went to youtube and she started playing all the nice nice songs! Hahah. But our sound system in the class sucked. So we barely heard anything. Hahah. Class 101's sound system was really loud! Hahah. And they were like dancing like mad! Heheh. But for my class, we mostly ate. Hahah. That was fun! Hahah
