My Birthday Cake.

We made a belated birthday cake for me yesterday...well not we....Schatje made the cake. I just stood around and didn't actually do anything. :p Anyway it was a Sacher Torte...which was a rich chocolate cake with apricot jam and chocolate glaze...mmm. :)

Step one: Ingredients for the cake


Step two: Put the stuff in a bowl

Step 3: Mix.

Step 4: Bake and leave the cake to cool once its done.


Step 5: Slice the cake in half and spread the apricot jam.

Step 6: Decorate with chocolate glaze and stuff.

Step 7: Cut and eat. :D


And here's another pic of me cutting the cake. It was really yummy. I absolutely loved it. Dankje wel schatje!
