TORTA ALLA GIANDUIA

Or, less fancily, Chocolate Hazelnut Cake. I finally found 'How To Be A Domestic Goddess' by Nigella Lawson. Its basically this book that I've been looking for all these months...and today I tried out one of the recipes. I just had to pick a chocolate one of course. :)

I was initially a little worried that the cake would not turn out cause there wasn't any flour or sugar required...hehe the recipe did however call for obscene amounts of chocolate. Ohh..apart from the usual melted chocolate...a whole huge jar of Nutella actually went into the batter too! Anyway...the cake actually did rise and I'm pretty excited. Can't wait to cut the cake.
